4 Best Vitamins for Coronavirus Prevention: Signs of a Strong Immune System
For decades, medical professionals have made it clear that the key to fighting nasty colds and viruses is to maintain a strong immune system.
Think about it: your body’s immune system is like a mini military. The enemy? Bad bacteria and deadly viruses. That’s right, the #1 goal of your immune system is to safeguard your body against toxins and foreign bodies, known as pathogens.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is more crucial than ever to build and maintain a strong immune system to fight the virus. But, how can you effectively boost your immune system?
In this article, we will show you how to quickly build a strong immune system with natural vitamins and supplements. Keep reading and you will learn:
Telltale signs of a strong immune system
4 best vitamins for coronavirus prevention
How natural Immune Support Capsules can combat COVID-19
Ready to kick the coronavirus to the curb? It’s time to strengthen your immune system! But first, what are the signs of a strong immune system?
Telltale Signs of a Strong Immune System
Here’s the #1 sign of a strong immune system: your body can quickly detect the presence of pathogens and antigens. When these foreign substances enter your body, your immune system will send alert signals and activate a defense system to block these bad agents. So, what makes up your immune system army?
White blood cells
Lymphatic system
Spleen
Thymus
Bone marrow
But, that’s not all! There are several organs of the immune system that create barriers against foreign substances and keep us safe. For instance, a strong immune system will set off the production of antibodies and T cells, which seek out and kill antigens.
Recover Faster with a Strong Immune System
Another way you can tell you have a strong immune system is if you recover from sickness quickly and easily. Through a healthy diet, regular exercise, and minimal stress, your body can better protect itself from foreign agents and you will recover faster.
So, how can you build a strong immune system? Sometimes our body needs an extra boost to combat infectious agents like the coronavirus. We can give our bodies the support it needs with the right vitamins!
What are Vitamins?
Simply put, vitamins are the natural micronutrients that our bodies need to function properly. Found in healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, vitamins and other organic molecules provide our cells with the strength and energy they need to build a healthy body.
For instance, vitamins are used to:
Boost skin, hair, nail, and bone growth
Promote proper nerve function
Maintain a consistent metabolism
But, did you know? Vitamins are also the building blocks to a strong immune system! And with a strong immune system in tow, you can prevent and fight viruses like the coronavirus with much more force.
So, what are the most important vitamins you need to combat COVID-19? Without further ado, here are the 4 best vitamins for coronavirus prevention.
1. Zinc
Zinc is a special nutrient that can be found in foods like oysters, red meat, chicken, beans, and whole grains. So, what is Zinc good for?
This essential vitamin is both an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, which means it plays a huge role in immune system strength. Even at suboptimal levels, Zinc can have a large impact on the lowered immune system and your body’s ability to fight infection.
In fact, this element is known for its wound-healing power and support for your sense of taste and smell.
Zinc is just one nutrient that can build a strong immune system. Next up, let’s talk about Vitamin C!
2. Vitamin C
When most of us think about a strong immune system, we instantly think of Vitamin C. And the rumors are true! Vitamin C boosts the immune system, aids in proper white blood cell function, and neutralizes oxidative stress.
But, did you know? Vitamin C is also responsible for the normal growth and repair of connective tissues such as blood vessels, cartilage, skin, and bone. As you can see, this vitamin is essential for proper function and immune health.
If you love to eat fruits and vegetables, then we have great news for you: Vitamin C is heavily concentrated in these types of food! From broccoli and brussel sprouts to oranges and pineapples, you are sure to find a nice dose of this nutrient. Time to start juicing!
3. Vitamin D
If you like Vitamin C, then you are sure to love its cousin, Vitamin D.
Not only does Vitamin D play a crucial role in bone health, but it also directly impacts the strength of your immune system. But, that’s not all! Higher levels of vitamin D can protect the lungs from respiratory illness. Goodbye COVID-19 pneumonia!
Also known as “the sunshine vitamin,” one of the best sources of Vitamin D is the sun. However, if you are unable to get adequate amounts of sunlight, then you can eat more foods like mushrooms and fatty fish or you can take a supplement with Vitamin D.
Last but not least, let’s talk about methylcobalamin, or B12 vitamins.
4. Vitamin B12
When it comes to immune support, Vitamin B12 helps two-fold.
First, methylcobalamin can leverage immune function because of its role in white blood cell production and function. Second, B12 fosters a stable level of energy, which allows your immune system to fight infectious agents at full power.
The power of Vitamin B12 doesn’t end there! Here are some other ways B12 supports your body:
Reduces heart disease risk
Helps body process fat
Increases metabolism
Realigns melatonin production (a sleep hormone)
Vitamin B12 is found in most meat products and is less common in plants. Many people opt for vitamin injections or supplements to maintain proper B12 levels.

COVID Cure Claims: Know the Difference Between Aid vs Cure
Fact: vitamins play an extremely important role in our immune systems. Without the proper vitamins and nutrients in our bodies, we would be less effective at fighting off deadly pathogens.
This is because vitamins strengthen our immune system, which allows our bodies to create more antibodies and reduce the severity of cold and flu-like symptoms.
But, here’s another fact: vitamins cannot single-handedly cure pathogen-induced illnesses like the coronavirus. They simply give our bodies the strength we need to fight back. In other words, vitamin boosters do not give us immunity from COVID-19, nor are they the COVID cure.
With that being said, you should be wary of anyone who claims vitamins can be used as a coronavirus cure. When push comes to shove, these “cures” turn out to be simple virus prevention aids and treatments rather than bullet-proof immunity supplements.
But, here’s the good news: now that you know the difference between an aid and a cure, let’s talk about how these COVID aids can help us strengthen our immune systems and combat the coronavirus.
Without further ado, here are 3 credible COVID virus prevention aids that may reduce the severity of the coronavirus.
1. Zinc Therapy
Naturally found in oysters, shrimp, beans, and nuts, zinc is a type of mineral that our immune system and metabolism properly function. In fact, our bodies use zinc to produce proteins and DNA. This mineral has been historically used to reduce the severity of negative symptoms from the common cold and the flu.
Here’s the interesting part: there is a strong correlation between zinc deficiency and patients that tested positive for SARS-COV-2.
In a recent study that tested zinc for coronavirus aid, researchers used zinc therapy to test the clinical benefits of this crucial mineral on coronavirus patients. Although the study provided minimal casual associations between zinc and COVID survival rates, the mineral has been scientifically proven as a therapeutic aid for other viral infections.
With that being said, zinc therapy can be used as a virus preventative measure and COVID aid. Similar to zinc, Vitamin D can also be used as a COVID aid, which leads us to our next point…
2. Vitamin D as COVID Aid
Just like zinc, researchers confirmed that coronavirus vitamin D deficiency was common in COVID-19 patients. So, what exactly is vitamin D?
This organic molecule is fat-soluble and commonly found in dairy products and orange juice. Our bodies need vitamin D to absorb other necessary minerals like calcium, magnesium, and phosphate.
But, that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
According to several credible scientific trials, vitamin D proved to be an effective defense against respiratory infections. In fact, vitamin D molecules are known to support the production of internal antiviral processes such as antimicrobial peptides.
Since a direct correlation between the coronavirus and vitamin D deficiencies has been proven by science, medical professionals recommend high-risk patients to balance their vitamin D levels. This COVID aid will help reduce the longevity of airway diseases and pulmonary inflammation.
3. Vitamin C Injections
We’ve all heard the rumors – vitamin C is the ultimate COVID aid. This vitamin But, does vitamin C really help reduce coronavirus severity and symptoms?
A recent study suggests that vitamin C does, in fact, have antimicrobial and immunomodulatory properties. The organic molecule also has the ability to combat key components of cytokine storms, which are now associated with the coronavirus.
Patients who want to use vitamin C as a COVID aid, vitamin C injections are an easy way to put the right amount of vitamins into your body and quickly boost your immune system.

Peptide vs Protein: How Peptide Therapy Can Tackle Coronavirus Proteins
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, top researchers at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Northwestern University have been scrambling to find a cure for the deadly virus. Finally, their hard work seems to have paid off.
Here’s what they have found: peptides can be used to infiltrate, tackle, and degrade coronavirus proteins, known as spike proteins. If engineered correctly, peptide therapy can conquer COVID-19.
So, how do peptides function? And what do researchers still need to work on to create this life-saving therapeutic drug? In this article, we will discuss:
Proven health benefits of peptides
How peptides function in our bodies
Peptide vs protein synthesis
New nanostructured peptide coronavirus therapy
Let’s get started!
Health Benefits of Peptides
A peptide is a short chain of amino acids linked together by special peptide bonds. Continuous peptide chains form proteins that aid in metabolic activity, DNA replication, and other necessary body functions.
Did you know? The health benefits of peptides like ipamorelin, lipolysis, bremelanotide, and glutathione have been used for decades to aid in bHRT, weight loss, sexual health, and pain relief treatments.
Since peptides are the building blocks of proteins, they offer a range of natural therapeutic procedures for our bodies. These treatments are referred to as peptide therapy.
Here’s how peptides function in our bodies and improve our health:
Ipamorelin promotes memory retention, increases metabolism, and offers pain relief
Lipolysis breaks down fat cells
Bremelanotide stimulates sex drive and energy
Glutathione improves skin quality, stimulates hair growth, and improves energy
Because of the many proven health benefits of peptides, researchers at MIT and Northwestern University examined a series of peptide molecules and were able to discover one that targets and battles coronavirus proteins.
Here’s the good news: if engineered and administered correctly, this new peptide-based therapy can disable the coronavirus spike proteins and block it from entering our cells.
Confused? Let us explain…
Coronavirus spike proteins are the crown-like spurs that project out of the coronavirus. These spike proteins allow the deadly virus to latch onto and infect healthy human cells.
So, how do peptides block the coronavirus protein projections from entering our cells? It’s simpler than you think!
Peptide Therapy Can Degrade Coronavirus Proteins
Since peptides are extremely small amino acids, millions of them can be packed into nanostructures and delivered to the human body. Once inside the patient, the peptides will naturally bind to coronavirus proteins, find their way inside the cellular pathway, and break down the virus from the inside-out.
There’s only one problem… peptides are extremely difficult to administer to the human body because our internal enzymes quickly degrade them.
Thankfully, researchers at Northwestern’s Simpson Querrey Institute (SQI) have already created complete peptide structures that protect them from destructive internal enzymes. Now, scientists are working hard to design a similar drug that will protect the peptide nanostructures as they enter the body and target the coronavirus.
Hopefully, we will see a peptide therapy coronavirus cure soon! In the meantime, we can indulge in the many other benefits peptide therapy has to offer us.

Balanced Testosterone Levels May Combat COVID-19 Severity in Men
In recent news, researchers have found that men are 2.4 times more likely to suffer from severe coronavirus symptoms. They have also seen a correlation between androgen hormone levels and COVID-19 deaths. But, why?
Scientists say it all boils down to this: low testosterone.
According to a published scientific study, COVID-19 may deplete testosterone in men. Because of this, low testosterone might actually increase the severity of the virus.
In this article, we are going to uncover the truth behind:
Androgen hormone levels and COVID-19
Benefits of balancing hormones with bHRT
How low testosterone treatments can help fight the coronavirus
Last but not least, we’ll tell you how you can balance hormones like testosterone with AgeRejuvenation. Ready? Let’s get started.
Simply put, androgens are hormones that play an important part in the production of male traits, such as body hair growth, muscle development, and voice change. Androgens also aid in male sexual function.
Here are the top5 types of androgens in the human body:
Testosterone
Androstenedione
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)
DHEA sulfate (DHEA-S)
Did you know? Both men and women have androgens. However, men tend to produce them at much higher levels.
Where are Androgens Produced?
In men, the majority of androgens are created in the gonads and come in the form of testosterone and androstenedione.
On the other hand, women typically produce very low levels of the androgen hormone in their ovaries. So, what do androgens like testosterone have to do with COVID-19?
How COVID-19 Affects Sex Hormones
As stated before, researchers believe that low testosterone may cause COVID-19 immune response problems. According to research, scientists believe the virus is actually infecting the testicles, which affects testosterone secretion in both young and old male patients.
This data also implies that COVID-19 might actually cause low testosterone hormonal imbalances in men, which negatively impacts their immune system and overall health.
So, how can we overcome this problem?
The Solution to Low T
For decades, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) has been used to treat hormone deficiencies and balance the levels of hormones in our bodies. This includes the androgen hormone, testosterone.
So, can bHRT really be used to combat coronavirus?
If hormones like testosterone are at the root of the coronavirus pandemic problem, then bHRT can help. Keep reading to learn how.
Benefits of bhrt
For men and women alike, hormones play a crucial role in our bodies. Without them, we may experience several negative side effects, including:
Reduced metabolism
Weight gain
Anxiety; depression
Fatigue
Hot flashes
Low libido; difficulty with sex
And the list goes on.
This is where hormone replacement therapy comes into play. In fact, the benefits of bHRT are so plentiful that the procedure can reduce and even eliminate all of the hormone deficiency side effects listed above.
By balancing hormones like testosterone, our bodies may be able to fight off viruses more effectively. This can greatly reduce the severity of COVID-19 and even be used as a preventative measure.

I enrolled at Independence University to start my Masters in Healthcare Administration MHA program and graduated in 2019.
I have always had the passion and drive for helping patients and helping make a difference in their lives. I take pride and enjoy what I do . I strive to provide the best care to our patients and employees with Age Rejuvenation. I ask myself every day what I can do to be better than I was yesterday.
I love working with Age Rejuvenation as our staff and Providers are here to help change people’s lives. Our Providers take the time to listen to our patients concerns/issues they are currently experiencing and help to put together a treatment plan so the patients can start to feel better and rejuvenated overall health.
